<p>K-pop superstar J-Hope, a member of the globally renowned BTS, is set to make his solo debut with the world tour "Hope on the Stage."</p>
<p>The 30-year-old rapper will embark on his first solo tour across 15 cities, including six in North America. This will mark the first time J-Hope steps into the limelight as a solo artist.<br><br></p>

<p><br>Hybe, the parent company of BTS' label BigHit Music, confirmed the exciting news on Tuesday. J-Hope himself shared the announcement on Instagram, stirring up excitement among his fans.</p>
<p>The tour will kick off in Seoul with three nights of performances, followed by a much-awaited North American leg. The U.S. leg will begin on March 13, with two shows at the Barclays Center in New York. J-Hope will then head to Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, and Oakland, wrapping up in Los Angeles at BMO Stadium. This final stop is particularly historic as it will mark the first time a Korean solo artist has headlined a U.S. stadium, according to The Hollywood Reporter.</p>
<p>The tour will continue across Asia, with stops in the Philippines and Singapore, among others. Further cities will be announced in due course. While this is J-Hope's first official solo tour, he is no stranger to solo performances. In 2022, he became the first Korean artist to headline the iconic Lollapalooza festival in Chicago.</p>
<p>J-Hope&rsquo;s dedicated fans, known as ARMY, will also have the opportunity to enjoy live-streamed performances from Seoul&rsquo;s leg of the tour, available on Hybe's fan platform, Weverse. It's still unclear whether other stops will be live-streamed.</p>
<p>The "Hope on the Stage" tour is a major milestone for BTS members as they continue with their solo projects following mandatory military service. J-Hope is the second BTS member to return from service after Jin, the eldest member, who returned in June 2024. The group is expected to reunite later this year when all members have completed their service.</p>
<p>Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available to official ARMY fan club members starting January 22, with general sales beginning the next day, January 23. Ticket details for the Los Angeles show will be announced at a later date, due to ongoing wildfires in the region.</p>

<p>During HYBE&rsquo;s Q3 earnings call on November 5, CFO Lee Kyung Joon shared some details about the group&rsquo;s future.</p>
<p>&lsquo;We are currently in discussions with the members about activities in 2026,&rsquo; he said. While a full group comeback would undoubtedly generate substantial revenue, Lee noted that the band's reunion might not contribute as much to the company&rsquo;s earnings as in the past, as other artists and new ventures are also driving growth for the label.</p>
<p>BTS temporarily disbanded in 2022 due to the mandatory military service of its eldest member, Jin. HYBE had originally announced that the group would reunite after all members completed their service by 2025.</p>

<p>On August 6, Suga (Min Yoongi), currently serving in the public sector, was caught drunk driving an electric scooter and is now under police investigation. The next day, BTS' RM shared a celebratory Instagram post about his second solo album reaching #7 on &lsquo;The Genius Community&rsquo;s 25 Best Albums of 2024 So Far.&rsquo;</p>
<p>This post was reportedly a reshare from another producer, JNKRYD, similar to what RM shared the day before. However, within minutes, the BTS leader took down the post. Not only Jin, the eldest member of BTS, is coming home soon, but he will also a special fan meet for fans to celebrate the 2024 Festa, marking the group's 11th anniversary. The update has ignited a global frenzy among K-pop act's fans who have been eagerly anticipating Jin's discharge from the military.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Meet and greet with Jin</strong></h3>
<p>On June 2, BTS' agency, Big Hit Music, announced Jin would officially return for the 2024 BTS Festa and celebrate the special day with ARMYs. The label revealed an &ldquo;in-person event led by BTS member Jin&rdquo; will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Jamsil Arena in Jamsil Sports Complex, Songpa-gu in Seoul. In the announcement, they added, &ldquo;This event was prepared to fulfil Jin&rsquo;s wish to spend meaningful time with ARMY in person on BTS&rsquo; debut day. We invite you to join us as we express our gratitude for your unwavering love for BTS.&rdquo;</p>

<p>The official event will be divided into two segments. The initial segment, titled &ldquo;Jin's Greetings,&rdquo; will be a Meet-and-greet with the 'Abyss' singer. Big Hit Music revealed that as many as 1000 lucky winners will be granted &ldquo;time for light hugs with Jin per request from the artist.&rdquo; It is expected to last three hours and will not be streamed online.</p>
<p>After the meet and greet session, the second event of the day, titled &ldquo;Message from Jin&rdquo;, will begin at 8 PM KST, and the beloved performer will showcase various performances for the fans. The event will be streamed live on Weverse for ARMY Membership holders.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Big Hit Music had earlier shared the upcoming FESTA timeline. The two-week-long celebrations have commenced from today.&nbsp;</p>

<p>BIGHIT MUSIC, BTS&rsquo; agency, has announced the schedule for BTS FESTA 2024 on June 1 KST. The group made their debut in 2013 and will celebrate their 11th anniversary this year. It's a bonus that Kim Seok-jin, also known as Jin, the eldest member of the group, will be back from military service by June 2024, bringing extra cheers to the ARMYs ahead of the anniversary celebrations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The extravaganza event will start with the release of the official poster on June 2, followed by the ticket sales for BANG BANG CON on June 3. The highly-anticipated concert will be streamed on June 8. Alongside, the group has also teased cryptic messages featuring the words ARMY and SEE YOU, sparking a wave of curiosity among fans.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Jin is coming back!&nbsp;</strong></h3>
<p>Jin, the oldest member of the K-pop group, who enlisted in December 2022, is anticipated to return around June 10-15, 2024. The 'Epiphany' singer has been teasing his comeback on Weverse for quite some time now. The singer, who kicked off his solo career with the song Astronaut, enlisted shortly after its release and is expected to continue where he left until the others return.</p>

However, the drama continued as HYBE fired two executives of ADOR and replaced them with three new directors. &nbsp;</p>

<p>HYBE has dismissed ADOR CEO&rsquo;s close aides- Deputy CEO Shin and Director Kim from their posts. They were replaced by three new directors from HYBE. Had the court not ruled in favour of her, she could have been fired at the shareholders&rsquo; meeting as HYBE holds 80 per cent shares in ADOR. Following the meeting, Min Hee Jin addressed her second press conference and made several explosive remarks.&nbsp;</p>

The statement said, &ldquo;We will respect the court&rsquo;s ruling granting Min Hee Jin&rsquo;s injunction and will not use our voting rights to vote in favour of terminating Min Hee Jin at the upcoming shareholder&rsquo;s meeting.&rdquo; HYB, however, added that the legal battle is not yet over. &ldquo; We plan to proceed to take next steps within the bounds of the law, as the court stated in its decision that it is clear that Min Hee Jin plotted to weaken HYBE&rsquo;s control over ADOR by taking NewJeans and pressuring HYBE to sell its ADOR holdings, which would allow Min Hee Jin to independently control ADOR,&rdquo; the statement said. &nbsp;</p>
