The official chai and pakoda season is here, but with this changing weather, you may notice some changes on your skin too.

The increased humidity in the air changes the skin type from normal or combination to oily. Experts say that humidity also contributes to build-up of bacteria, sweat, dust and pollutants on your skin. So, here are some tips to protect your skin this rainy season.

5 tips to take care of your skin

      • Use gel-based sunscreens as they keep the skin oil free
      • Avoid wearing heavy makeup as the oils in cosmetics can damage your skin
      • Carry blotting paper/tissue to wipe the sweat off your face and avoid touching your face frequently
      • Exfoliate your skin properly and remember to be gentle with it
      • Lastly, remember to hydrate your body and do not forget to moisturise your skin
