      Bollywood actor and producer Boney Kapoor shared a transformation picture on his social media, revealing a significant weight loss journey.

      In the post, Kapoor showcased his transformation from weighing 115 kg to 98 kg, which is truly inspiring. In an interview, Boney credited his late wife for encouraging him to make healthy dietary and lifestyle changes. 'Tu Jhoothi Mein Makkar' star disclosed that he reduced his sugar intake, eliminated processed foods, and switched to gluten-free and low-sodium options.

      When posting the photo, Kapoor simply added 'happy face' emojis. Sanjay Kapoor's comment exclaimed, "Wow," accompanied by clapping emojis. A fan remarked, "Sridevi would be very proud of you," while another comment praised, "Looking good, sir @boney.kapoor
