Indians and chai go hand-in-hand. Be it that cup of adrak wali chai or a simple cup of green tea, this drink is everyone's favourite. While regular Indian tea is your favourite, have you ever tried the viral orange tea? With a few simple ingredients, you can easily make this tea at home. Let's learn how to make it!

    How to make orange tea

To make this viral orange drink you need 1 orange, 1 teaspoon tea leaves, 1/2 litre water, and 1/2 tsp dates syrup. Rich in Vitamin C, orange tea has many health benefits.

To make the tea scoop out an orange and save the peel. Next, poke some holes into the peel to make it into a sieve. Next, boil some oranges in a separate pan. After your oranges are boiled, strain the water using your orange peel after adding some tea leaves. Add a bit of honey and enjoy it hot!

    Benefits of orange tea

This tea is great for those looking to find a source of Vitamin C. Oranges are known for their high vitamin C content, and this characteristic extends to orange tea. The hot drink also contains antioxidants which play a huge role in reducing the risk of chronic diseases and supporting overall well-being.
