This summer, keep your body hydrated and your skin glowing with this easy-to-make fruit salad.

To prepare this salad, take a large bowl and combine 1 cup of chopped watermelon, oranges and half a cup of pomegranate seeds. In another small bowl, whisk 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Pour this dressing over the fruit salad mixture and toss gently. Finally, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and enjoy!
