      Indians often believe that if they share food with loved ones or eat from the same plate or eat someone's jootha, would spread love. However, more than love that will only spread diseases and infections.

      Saliva is one of the most infectious parts of a human body and can spread many harmful diseases. So, next time you eat from a friend's or a colleague's lunch box, think twice.
