Former Pakistan Cricket Board chief Najam Sethi has again attacked Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary and Asian Cricket Council president Jay Shah after the India-Pakistan match wasn’t moved away from Colombo.

Taking to X, Sethi shared the weather forecast of Hambantota and Colombo which shows that while Hambantota only has a 12% chance of rain on the match day while Colombo, on the other hand, has an 89% chance of rain.

He posted - 'BCCI/ACC informed PCB today that they had decided to shift next India-Pak match from Colombo to Hambantota because of rain forecasts. Within one hour they changed their mind and announced Colombo as the venue. What’s going on? Is India afraid to play and lose to Pakistan ? Look at the rain forecast!'

Earlier there were reports that the matches in Colombo would be shifted elsewhere due to the weather. The reports also suggested Hambantota as a possible venue but eventually the ACC decided against moving them from Sri Lanka’s capital city.

India is set to face Pakistan on September 10 for their Super 4 clash.
