      Japan's Hina Hayata celebrated her "win" twice in the quarter-final match against India's dark horse Manika Batra at WTT Saudi Smash in Jeddah on Thursday.

      Hayata thought she'd won after taking the 4th game 13-11 - Batra thought the same. But the assistant umpire refused to shake the players' hands, reminding them the match was not over yet.

      Both Hayata and Batra forgot it was best of seven matches starting from the quarter-finals at the WTT Super Smash events.

      The fifth seed from Japan didn't lose her focus and won the 5th game 11-2. She can finally shake the hands of the umpires after reaching the semi-finals.
