After Bihar, MP and TN also promise free Covid vaccine

Even as the opposition parties questioned the BJP's Bihar poll promise of free Covid vaccine, two other states have announced free vaccine for their citizens. BJP-ruled MP and Tamil Nadu, which is ruled by its ally AIADMK have also promised free coronavirus vaccine to their citizens. There has been no word from the Centre on the matter of vaccine pricing, though it said it was expecting a vaccine by early next year. Chief Ministers of both the states have stated that vaccine will be given to all free of cost. Tamil Nadu's opposition DMK, which is trying to get back to power, said it would be the one to implement CM Palaniswami's promise.
