India raises cross-border terrorism at informal SAARC meet

India raised the issue of cross-border terrorism at the informal SAARC meeting on Thursday in which Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar addressed ministers from the region.
In a tweet, Jaishankar wrote, he reaffirmed India’s commitment to Neighbourhood First policy and towards building a connected, integrated, secure and prosperous South Asia.
Earlier, MEA had said, they were looking forward to a positive and constructive discussion to take forward regional cooperation among member states for increased prosperity in South Asia.
