The movie, which also stars R Madhavan and Ananya Panday, is set against the backdrop of the grim aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre on April 13, 1919.</p>
<p>The trailer introduces viewers to Akshay Kumar's character, lawyer Sankaran Nair, during an intense courtroom scene. With palpable tension, Nair challenges the perpetrator of the massacre, General Dyer, asking if there was any warning issued before the brutal gunfire. Dyer's chilling response is simply, "No."</p>

<p>Directed by Mudassar Aziz, this comedy-drama promises a perfect mix of humor and emotion. The film will also feature Akshay reuniting with his Bell Bottom (2021) co-star Vaani Kapoor, as well as his Naam Shabana (2017) and Mission Mangal (2019) co-star Taapsee Pannu. Co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Shashikant Sinha, and Ajay Rai, Khel Khel Mein aims to redefine the comedy-drama genre, offering a rollercoaster of emotions that goes beyond the ordinary.</p>
<p>Notably, this means the film will clash with Allu Arjun&rsquo;s highly anticipated movie, &lsquo;Pushpa 2&rsquo;, and John Abraham&rsquo;s &lsquo;Vedaa&rsquo;, at the box office.</p>
<p>Earlier this year, T-Series took to social media to announce that &lsquo;Pushpa 2&rsquo; would be released on August 15. <p>However, reports suggest that the audience may have to wait longer to see &lsquo;Pushpa 2&rsquo; on the big screen. According to Telugu 360, the shoot for &lsquo;Pushpa 2: The Rule&rsquo; was initially expected to conclude by June, but now the team needs an additional month to wrap up. Director Sukumar has redesigned some portions of the film and plans to reshoot them.</p>

According to the report, Akshay Kumar is all set to collaborate with ‘Fukrey’ director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba for a comedy film.

<p>Known for his perfect comic timing, Akshay Kumar is the best actor in the industry in the genre. While &lsquo;Khiladi&rsquo; Kumar has been seen in some action films, he is all set to return to comedy. A Pinkvilla report suggests that the actor is joining hands with &lsquo;Fukrey&rsquo; director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba for his next film.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the report, Akshay Kumar is all set to collaborate with &lsquo;Fukrey&rsquo; director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba for a comedy film. The report quoted a source saying, &ldquo;Akshay also loves the comedy genre and has been looking out for scripts that do justice to his impeccable comic timing. He recently met Mrigdeep Singh Lamba and was bowled over by the idea, as the director is looking to create yet another &lsquo;Hatke&rsquo; world after the Fukrey Franchise. It&rsquo;s an out-and-out comic entertainer, which marries physical and situational comedy.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p>
<p>The film will reportedly go on the floors in the second half of this year and will be released next year. Apart from Akshay Kumar, casting for the other characters is currently underway. Mahaveer Jain is producing the film while Gautam Mehra is film&rsquo;s writer. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Following his absence at the Ram Mandir consecration in Ayodhya in January, Akshay Kumar made an appearance at the inauguration of the BAPS Hindu Temple in UAE, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi was present.</p>
<p>In footage shared by ANI's official account, Akshay Kumar is captured arriving at the BAPS Hindu Temple in the UAE. He is accompanied by a robust security detail. For the occasion, he was observed donning a light kurta.</p>
<p>Accompanying him were various Indian celebrities, including Grammy Award-winning music composer Shankar Mahadevan.</p>
<p>While filming for a movie in Jordan last month during the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on January 22, Akshay Kumar shared a video on Instagram. In the video, he, along with Tiger Shroff and the crew of the film Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, could be seen enthusiastically chanting &lsquo;Ram!&rsquo; from the sets in Jordan.</p>

I was present here when the foundation stone of this temple was laid by PM Modi. The Ruler of Dubai has a big heart, he gave the land and permission to construct this temple. I pray that the message of harmony is spread across the world from this temple.&rsquo;</p>
