      Actor Akshay Kumar attended the Akshay Kumar 14th International Kudo tournament near Surat, Gujarat earlier this week. He shared a video from the tournament on Twitter, in which he is seen meeting young martial art students and also breaking bricks using a hammer.

      Sharing the video, Akshay wrote,’Thank you for celebrating your Diwali with us here at the Akshay Kumar 14th International Kudo Tournament. Coming here is always humbling, meeting you all reminds me of my beginning. I hope with the help of this tournament we help Kudo grow in India with each passing year.’

      In the video, Akshay is seen addressing the audience from a stage and handing over awards to the champions with the best skills. The actor also displayed his skills by breaking bricks with a hammer.

      Akshay has organised this tournament for a decade and a half now. He himself is trained in several martial art forms such as Karate, Taekwondo and Muay Thai.

      On the work front, Akshay Kumar’s action adventure film ‘Ram Setu’, directed by Abhishek Sharma, released in theatres on October 25. The film also stars Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez. He has ‘OMG 2’ and ‘Capsule Gill’ in the pipeline.
