Kane Richardson to skip the 2020 IPL

Australia fast bowler Kane Richardson has decided to pull out of the upcoming Indian Premier League due to family reasons. Richardson was to play for Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore but decided not to travel to UAE as him and his wife are expecting their first child towards the end of the year. He said that it's always difficult to withdraw from a competition such as the IPL but it's definitely the right one with everything going on in the world at the moment. Richardson is currently in England and is preparing for the T20 and ODI series starting September 4 in Southampton.
