‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’: Ranveer Singh’s Google dialogue grabs search engine’s attention

The trailer of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ was released on July 4 and it is receiving a lot of love from fans. Now, Google India has reacted to one of Ranveer's dialogues from the film which has a mention of the search engine.

Rocky is seen challenging the search engine’s knowledge in the trailer as he complains to Rani for underestimating his knowledge. He says ‘Google ke cheethde nahi phaad diye na, mera naam bhi Rocky Randhawa nahi hai. (I’ll outwit Google or my name isn’t Rocky)’.

Reacting to this, Google India shared a screen grab of the scene and wrote, ‘It’s on @RanveerOfficial #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani.’

Dharma Productions' official Twitter handle was quick to respond to this challenge on behalf of Rocky and they wrote, 'Anytime (without the trick questions)'.

‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ marks 25 years of director Karan Johar in the industry.

The film, which also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan, also marks Karan’s return to direction after seven years. His last directorial was ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ starring Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan.

‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ releases in theatres on July 28.
