Should you indulge in some bread-toast or eat the healthier breakfast option, oats? This Valentine's Day impress your partner with a delicious bread pudla sandwich, a Mumbai specialty!

      Bread pudla sandwich recipe

      Take one cup gram flour and one cup whole wheat flour in a bowl and mix well with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder. Now add 1 cup water, 1/2 cup fresh coriander, and 1 tsp green chili paste to the dry mixture.

      Now, let's give the bread a Valentine's Day twist by cutting out heart-shaped pieces using a bread cutter. Next, dip the bread pieces in the mixture, fry well on both sides, and enjoy hot with some chutney or tomato sauce!

      Breakfast mistakes to avoid

      While this is a healthy breakfast recipe, there are some breakfast mistakes you should never make. Some of them are.

      1. Having too much fruit juices

      While fruits are healthy, fruit juices often contain added sugars and lack fiber. Consuming whole fruits is a better option.

      2. Do not ignore protein

      A breakfast lacking protein can leave you feeling hungry sooner. Include protein-rich foods like eggs, yogurt, or lean meats.

      3. Having too much coffee

      While little coffee is okay, excessive caffeine intake can lead to dehydration and disrupt your sleep patterns.

      4. Stay away from sugary baked goods

      Pastries and sugary baked goods are often high in unhealthy fats and sugars, providing a quick energy boost followed by a crash.
