The Bombay High Court on Tuesday reserved its order on the bail pleas of Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty who have been arrested in a drug case.

Opposing the bail pleas, the Narcotics Control Bureau told the High Court that the offences were non-bailable as the crime involved was 'worse than murder or culpable homicide'.

While Rhea was sent to judicial custody for 14 days after her arrest on September 8, her brother Showik is in Narcotics Control Bureau remand since September 4.
